TABOULI SALAD
Chopped parsley, tomatoes, green onions and cracked wheat with a dressing of lemon and extra virgin olive oil.
SALATA
Lebanese salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions with a dressing of lemon juice, garlic, mint and extra virgin olive oil.
FATOOSH SALAD
Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, parsley and toasted pita chips. Tossed with Zahtar (thyme, sumac, and sesame seeds) and mint with our special house dressing. Available in half and full sizes. Add marinated charbroiled chicken breast or beef kafta for an additional charge.
GREEK SALAD
